Our aim and philosophy is to produce a whisky with traditional Scottish production techniques bearing in mind. We aim for the taste of the whisky to be soft and smooth.
The idea is to release the first bottles in the Year 2013—2014, where after there will be a release of this whisky every autumn. Additionally we expect to be able to look into other interesting initiatives. It is essential that all the whisky undergo a strict quality control—internal and external, as we do not whish to release a whisky that we cannot vouch for.
The Scots have several hundred years of tradition and experience in making good whisky—that's what we are striving towards. By using that knowledge and experience, we are expecting to reach a high level in whisky making in our distillery within few years.
