The concept is structured so that the company’s founder will always retain the controlling influence in the company. This is to ensure that the philosophy behind and the design of the distillery, our high quality and strong story, will remain firmly in place in the future as well.

As a shareholder in Fary Lochan, you are one of the pioneers of Danish whisky. You support a project that is new and exciting, but which has already proven its worth, and whose future looks bright.

There is an annual general meeting, where there will be updates on, among other things, production, new initiatives, the future, etc. In addition, there will of course be tastings from the cellar. And, naturally, there is also the social aspect, which many shareholders value very highly.

You have the opportunity to purchase the distillery’s whisky before it is released for general sale.

You receive a 10% discount on purchases of Fary Lochan products (does not apply to gift cards, tours for others, music events, etc.).

A share certificate is issued, documenting co-ownership of FARY LOCHAN DESTILLERI A/S.

The company’s articles of association restrict trading in the shares. This ensures that people on the waiting list are entitled to purchase according to their position on the waiting list.
