The following terms of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from Fary Lochan Distillery A/S. The terms apply where no other written agreements have been entered into between the buyer and Fary Lochan Distillery A/S.
Documentation and guidance
Where product descriptions and user manuals are available for the item, these are included with the delivery from Fary Lochan Distillery A/S.

Time of delivery and transport
Delivery of goods from Fary Lochan Distillery A/S is deemed to have taken place when the customer has received the goods. All orders are shipped with PostNord unless otherwise agreed separately between the buyer and Fary Lochan Distillery A/S.
This means that the goods are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Delivery to the buyer’s address or to a pick-up point in Denmark will therefore normally take place within 3 days. Stated delivery times are indicative and may therefore be subject to change.
Risk of the goods
The risk for goods ordered in our webshop passes to the buyer when the 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt has expired. If the goods have been damaged or deteriorated after the buyer has taken possession of them, the buyer retains the right of withdrawal provided that the damage or deterioration is not due to negligence or lack of care on the part of the buyer.
Please remember to keep the original packaging, as the goods must be returned in the original packaging in the event of a complaint or damage.
Complaints
Any defects or deficiencies in products/goods delivered from Fary Lochan Distillery A/S must be reported within 2 months after you have discovered the defect. It is your duty to specify and, upon request, demonstrate how the defect or deficiency manifests itself. If you discover a defect, you must contact Fary Lochan Distillery A/S. As a general rule, you may only complain about defects that become apparent no later than 2 months after you have received the goods. For goods with a limited shelf life, your right to complain is limited by the shelf-life period that Fary Lochan Distillery A/S has indicated to you. As a consumer, you may choose whether the goods are to be repaired or exchanged. The exception to this general rule is if an exchange is impossible or would entail disproportionately high costs for Fary Lochan Distillery A/S.
Right of withdrawal
Fary Lochan Distillery A/S offers a 14-day right of withdrawal, effective from the day you receive the goods. If you cancel your purchase, Fary Lochan Distillery A/S must be notified no later than 14 days after the day you received the goods. You are obliged to return the goods in substantially the same condition and quantity as received; this also applies to the packaging and information labels on the goods. You must bear the costs associated with returning the goods. You may cancel a purchase either by refusing to accept delivery of the goods, by handing the goods over to the postal service, or by returning the goods to the stated address.
Returns process
If the buyer wishes to return goods, Fary Lochan Distillery must be informed at info@farylochan.dk no later than 14 days after the goods have been received.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the goods. The goods must be securely packaged and delivered in the same condition as upon receipt, with the original packaging. If an item has been opened, it will not be accepted for return.

Once the goods have been received and checked, the money will be refunded to the payment card used for the purchase (this takes approx. 1 week from receipt of the goods).
Duty to provide information
Agreements (purchase orders) may be entered into in Danish or English and are stored by the company for 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. It is not possible to access the order afterwards via our website. If you would like a new copy of the order sent by email, please send an email to: info@farylochan.dk.
Price and payment
At Fary Lochan Distillery A/S, you can pay with Dankort, Mastercard, Visa credit cards, and MobilePay. All prices in the Fary Lochan Distillery A/S webshop – at the web address http://www.farylochan.dk – include VAT but exclude postage/shipping.
The amount for your order will be charged on the day your order is packed and dispatched from Fary Lochan Distillery.
