Finish: 1 year + 7 months in 2 2nd fill ex-Islay bourbon quarter casks
Taste:
Colour: beautiful deep dark mahogany.
Nose: raisin, almonds, caramel, very light peat, leather, sea salt and sweet liquorice.
Taste: rich oils with dried fruit, raisins, furniture polish, salt, followed by a light and dry peat smoke.
Finish: long dry finish with fine smoky notes and a well-integrated alcohol.
